Kusha Air Defence System, also known as Project Kusha, is an initiative by the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) to develop an indigenous long-range surface-to-air missile (LR-SAM) system. As this indigenous system has a range of up to 400 km, it is often referred to as the ‘Desi S-400’.
