Garima Abrol, Widow of Squadron Leader Samir Abrol, Joins Indian Air Force as Flying Officer

Garima Abrol, widow of Squadron Leader Samir Abrol, got commissioned into the Indian Air Force (IAF) as flying officer after passing out from Airforce Academy at Dundigal near Hyderabad on December 19. Last year in July, Garima cleared Services Selection Board (SSB) from AFSB Varanasi in the widow category. She joined the Airforce academy in January this year.
