The Officers’ Training Academy wore a spectacular look with traditional military regalia and splendour. The occasion was the 18th Passing Out Parade of 22 officers of Special Commissioned Officers’ Course (SCO)-45. The SCO Course also included 15 Gentlemen Cadets who were commissioned as officers into the Assam Rifles.
