The Indian Air Force (IAF) on Tuesday inducted Light Bullet Proof Vehicles (LBVPs) in a bid to enhance its capability to tackle terrorist attacks on its airbases like the one on Pathankot Airbase. The LBVPs can withstand even grenade attacks. Each vehicle weighs six tonne.
